                   Surf and Turf Pasta

1 pack of your favorite wheat pasta (preferably a thick one) 

1/2 cup of toasted sesame seed oil
1/2 cup of soy sauce
2 yellow squash (sliced)
3/4 onion (diced)
1/4 red bell pepper ( chopped) 
1 cup of fresh broccoli (chopped) 
1 lb FRESH shrimp 
1 ribeye or chuck eye steak ( sliced into thin slices)
1 tablespoon garlic (chopped)
2 sprigs of lemon Thyme 

Boil pasta until al dente .. Set aside until needed. 

Pour sesame seed oil into skillet or pan. Add onion, lemon thyme, Broccoli, red peppers and garlic. Cook these ingredients for 3 minutes. 

Add beef and soy sauce. Cook for another 3 minutes. (If it needs to be thickened, Mix 3 tablespoons of flour with 3 tablespoons of water..pour in the flour mixture and continue to stir to avoid lumps‼️.. Do this before you add the pasta).

Throw in the shrimp  (not literally lol).. Once the shrimp changes color add pasta. Toss all of the ingredients together over medium high heat for about 4 minutes. DO NOT LET THIS GET MUSHY‼️‼️
