1 lb of boneless and skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Himalayan pink sea salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

1 tbsp of garlic powder

Generous shake of Mrs Dash chicken flavoring 
For Stuffing:

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt based cream cheese, room temperature (picture above)

1/2 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups of chopped spinach

1/4 cup of sautéed diced onions 

1 tbsp of garlic powder 

Tbsp ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Form a pocket on each chicken breast for stuffing (simply slit with a knife, being careful to avoid cutting breast completely in half). Massage seasonings and evoo onto chicken. Let marinate until they are ready to be stuffed.
In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients for stuffing together. Stuff breasts with this mixture. Place in oven for about 35 minutes, or until juices run clear. Serve!

    where did you purchase the Himalayan pink sea salt? I have never heard of it. Do I have to go to a whole foods or something or I can find it at most grocery stores.

      Hello! I got it from Marshalls in the home goods section, you can get it from pretty much any market. Whole Foods and Trader Joes definitely has it 🙂
