MEAL PREP/ WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK
I made turkey meatballs with a veggie-heavy pasta sauce, while wheat angel hair pasta. I also made garlic shrimp.
Fruit and yogurt are my snacks of choice, fruit for him. A gallon of water throughout the day.
Workouts will concentrate on less cardio and more weights, building muscle helps burn fat! Don’t be scared of the weights ladies!
