Happy Monday!

This week’s meal prep is for 2 again 🙂 My boyfriend decided that he wanted me to prepare his meals for a second week, of course I happily obliged. Protein is the focus this week:
  

For his breakfast, chipotle chicken sausage and hard boiled eggs.
  

For my breakfast, fruit and veggie juice. 
  
  
Simple roasted veggies and baked sweet potatoes will accompany my proteins this prep. No sugar or butter added!
   
 

I made turkey meatballs with a veggie-heavy pasta sauce, while wheat angel hair pasta. I also made garlic shrimp.
Fruit and yogurt are my snacks of choice, fruit for him. A gallon of water throughout the day.
Workouts will concentrate on less cardio and more weights, building muscle helps burn fat! Don’t be scared of the weights ladies!
