MEAL PREP AND WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK
Heyyyy! Although last week wasn’t my greatest as far as fitness is concerned, I’m leaving the past where it belongs. This week is a new opportunity to get it right! I meal prepped for my boyfriend this week as well:
For my breakfast and lunch (Monday only), I will be having fruit and veggie smoothies. Whenever I feel the need to cleanse my system, I do this or juices only, comparable to resetting my system. I will have yogurt and a gallon of water in between my smoothies.
For his breakfast (not pictured), I made apple chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, and a banana.
For his lunch, I made a healthier version of shrimp and spinach Alfredo (will post recipe tomorrow) that turned out delicious! It’s accompanied with whole grain angel hair pasta.
I also made him baked barbecue chicken breasts. I kept my chicken breasts plain.
Watermelon is his snack between meals, mine is fruit as well as yogurt. I will also drink a gallon of water in between.
As always, I’m aiming for kicking it up a notch. I’ve successfully been able to increase my weight while doing arm work, which makes me happpppyyyyy!!! This week will focus on core and butt.
