MEAL PREP AND WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK
I decided to do a spin on pineapple fried rice; I made pineapple fried quinoa instead.
I used ground turkey sage sausage, veggies, and sautéed shrimp, all flavored with a low sodium soy and brown sugar sauce. I carved and hollowed half of a pineapple and boom! Recipe will be posted next week 🙂
Since I had a lot of the quinoa left over from stuffing the pineapple, I decided to pair with roasted broccoli.
AM snack: Greek yogurt
PM snack: fresh fruit.
One gallon of water throughout the day.
