Meal Prep and Workouts for the Week
Juices will be my breakfast of choice this week. I need the cleansing after so much fatty food this past weekend. The first juice contains cucumbers, apples, spinach, and pineapple. The second juice contains watermelon, red peppers, pineapple, grapefruit and oranges.
Since this will be a short week at work, I prepped for just a few days. Soup is a great way to go when you have a short week, and don’t feel like prepping more than one meal. It is very flavorful, so I know that I won’t be bored with this.
WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:
Yasssssss! I’m cleared to workout again!!! I will be taking it light with an hour of the stationary bike; I need to slowly build my way back up to where I was. Time to get back!
