Meal Prep and Workouts for the Week
Back in the lab (kitchen) whipping it up! This week’s meal prep was a special request and included a meal that I hardly ever make: meatloaf. Both of the meals I prepared where fairly easy and required minimal dish use, yayyyy!! Haha.
For the meatloaf, I decided to use ground chicken instead of ground beef. Chicken is much easier for me to digest and my old ass appreciates that. I stuffed with low-fat cheese and topped with a homemade and healthy mushroom and onion gravy.
I accompanied the meatloaf with roasted asparagus and risotto.
Snacks will be fruit and yogurt for me, fruit for him (and whatever else he decides to have).
I’m stillllll not medically cleared for exercise, but I will begin to try a light workout in the gym this week. It’s better than nothing, but ehhhhh.
