MEAL PREP AND WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK
Heyyyy!! This weeks meal prep was easy! Well.. For me at least, haha!
Pictured above is only his meal prep, I’m not due to work until the afternoon, so I did mine after this picture was taken.
I made lasagna with zucchini and eggplant instead of noodles.
I used hot turkey sage sausage, sautéed veggies, low fat cheeses, and sauce from scratch.
Sauce was made in my Ninja blender, so flavorful! Roasted tomatoes and a few other clean ingredients.
This will both of our lunches for the next few days. When I prep something that I will eat for a few days, I try to make a dish that is packed with flavor and that I won’t mind eating more than once.
Smoothies for him, smoothies and juices for me is our breakfast of choice.
Snacks are Greek yogurt and fresh fruit. A gallon of water throughout the day.
WORKOUTS:
Stilllllll limited to walking only per doctors orders:( hopefully I will be back at it within the next few weeks!
