MEAL PREP AND WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK
Happy Monday! (Or nah, haha) I’m fresh off of my birthday week and looking forward to more clean eating and less BS consumed. Wow, I can’t believe that I’m actually more excited for healthy foods than cheat meals, haha!
My veggies this week: roasted brussel sprouts with dried cranberries (wanted to add caramelized onions but didn’t have an onion, uggghhh!) broccoli, and green and white asparagus, pictured above.
Snacks will be Kashi bars and watermelon (for him) and Greek yogurt and rice cakes for me. A gallon of water will be consumed throughout the day.
Workouts are still limited to walking only until I’m cleared by my physician to exercise. I can’t wait!
