MEAL PREP AND WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK
It’s a celebration bishes! This is my birthday week and plenty of plans are in order. Despite this, focus on my food intake is still top priority. Balance of partying and fitness isn’t easy, but it’s necessary.
I made myself a fruit and veggie juice. I will make more throughout the week.
I also made a chicken and shrimp stir fry loaded with crisp veggies and packed with protein.
Snacks for him: Greek yogurt and fruit.
Snacks for me: Greek yogurt, rice cakes with peanut butter.
Water (one gallon) will be consumed throughout the day.
I’m still restricted to only walking for the next few weeks, waaahhhh!!! I never thought I would miss working out as much as I do, I literally feel like a piece of my life is missing. These weeks can’t go by fast enough. I miss Bae! (Gym).
