Meal Prep and Workout for the Week
The holidays are officially over! New Year’s resolutions are in full effect. Although I’ve gotten a jumpstart on my health prior to January 1st, I’m happy for the encouragement of renewal and a clean slate. This is what I’m having for my first prep of 2016:
After 6 months of owning a vegetable noodle former, I’ve finally decided to put it to use. Using zucchini and yellow squash, I made chicken Alfredo (using my Lil Luther Shrimp Alfredo recipe ). I added just a little heat to the veggie noodles and sautéed with garlic powder, one minute only.

Veggies that will accompany my meals: brussel sprouts simmered in veggie stock and roasted asparagus.
WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:
No breaks! I’m on the road back to Snatchbackville, and hitting the gym as often as I can. I will focus more on cardio this week and incorporate strength training without overdoing it.
