Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil
MCT Oil is a great source of fat and fuel. Not only will it contribute a decent amount towards your fat macros, but it will leave you full for hours and full of energy. I prefer to use it in my coffee, but it can also be consumed on food and by the tablespoon on its own. This is the particular brand that I use:
Insulated Hydration Bottle
Water is VERY important on a ketogenic diet! You will need to drinks lots of it. Investing in a huge water bottle is a great idea
Although Keto is a sugar free diet, there are times where you may still want to satisfy your sweet tooth! When it comes to sweeteners for baking, Swerve is by far my favorite! No aftertaste.
Psyllium Husk is a form of fiber that will help with bowel movements. Constipation can be an issue while on keto, due to the decrease of fiber in your diet. This is a great way to incorporate more fiber! I stir a tablespoon of this in a glass of warm water, and it helps me tremendously.
Many gums, even sugar free gums, contain hidden sugars and aspartame, which aren’t exactly keto friendly. PUR Gum is free of all hidden sugars, and tastes great!
