My name is Lakeisha Thomas. I’m from Mississippi. I’m a mother of 2, Tia 16 and Cj 7. I’m a nurse aide and I’m also a production tech at Nissan. I’m 36 years old. When I first started my weight loss journey, I weighed 254 lbs and I was in shock. I never cared about my weight until one day my doctor told me I was obese. So I started working out; I started at home in my bedroom. I went from a size 24 to a size 14. I want to enjoy my kids. I want to see my kids grow up. Fitness is my life, my passion, my everything. This is why I love what I do, why I’m so passionate, why I share with you everything I do. I’m a #fitmom and I love my two children with all my heart.
