Cheers to the freakin’ weekend. This time of the week can make or break your progress. I’ve learned to treat these 2 days as you would a Monday. You can’t afford to take a break just because you feel entitled to one!  With that being said, let’s get into today’s workout:

 

WALL PUSH-UPS.

 

LEVEL: MODERATE

HOW TO:

 

Face a wall, standing about an arms length back with your feet shoulder width apart. Lean forward while placing palms against the wall. Push away from the wall using your body weight. Repeat 50 times.

 

BENEFITS OF THIS EXERCISE:  

 

This exercise helps to strengthen your arm muscles, shoulders and your chest.

 

WORKOUT SONG OF THE DAY:

 

 

 

Future is legit responsible for at least 5 pounds that I have lost. His music gets me so hype! I love listening to this song while working out.
