“30 Days, 30 Workouts” Day 5 of 30.
Yasssssss day 5! We are almost a the close of this challenge’s first week. Honestly speaking, the weekdays are pretty easy to adjust to fitness-wise. You are already programmed to wake up at a certain time, you are able to meet with friends. The weekend? That’s a entirely different story. Weekends are a very tempting time to relax and not focus on much, weight loss included. But this challenge is meant to take you out of your comfort zone and make exercise a regular part of your day. With that being said, let’s get into our exercise of the day:
TIP TOE SQUATS.
Stand up and keep feet wide apart. Have toes pointed outward, as illustrated in the picture above.
Place hands on hips. Raise up on your toes and then squat down.
Continue for 60 seconds.
BENEFITS OF THIS EXERCISE:
You will be working your hamstrings and quad muscles with this one, helping to tone and sculpt your lower body. In layman’s terms… Your booty is going to look amazing.
WORKOUT SONG OF THE DAY:
This is another great cardio song! Remy Ma had the clubs going crazy when this dropped. However, the only place I go crazy these days is in the gym, which is fine with me, haha!
