Hello! We are 3 days in of our 30 day challenge, you haven’t quit on me yet, right? Today’s exercise of the day:

 

JUMP SQUATS.

 

LEVEL: Moderate/Intermediate.

This is a variation of a squat that will definitely send your heart rate soaring! Squatting is one of the best exercises for your legs and butt, might as well add a little burst of intense cardio!

 

HOW TO:
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
Squat down in regular squat position.
Keep your core tight and jump up in the air explosively.
When you land, lower the body back into the squat position and that equals 1 rep.
***Be careful to land with control, and if there is any pain in knees stop immediately.***

Try to do as many as you can for one full minute.

BENEFITS OF THIS EXERCISE:

 

1.) You will burn a ton of calories in a short amount of time.

2.) Helps improve balance.

3.) Tones back, leg, and arm muscles.

Yeeeeeeaaahhhh! Because nothing gets you a workout with more enthusiasm than pretending to whip up bricks in the kitchen, haha! Young Jeezy will definitely have you pick up the pace during your session.
