30 Days, 30 Workouts: Day 2 of 30.
Heyyyyy y’all! Are you still with me? We are on day 2 of our “30 Days, 30 Workouts” challenge. Today’s exercise of the day:
ALTERNATE HEEL TOUCHERS.
Although this ab exercise isn’t as challenging as yesterday’s ab exercise, it’s still no walk in the park. Don’t think it’s sweet, haha! This move was one of my early “go-to” exercises when I first began working out at home.
Lay on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground, as indicated in the above picture. Make sure your feet are shoulder-width apart.
Stretch your arms towards your lower body with your palms facing inward. Crunch your abs while reaching your left hand to your left ankle, and right hand to your right ankle. One rep = both sides. Try to do 3 sets of 20.
BENEFITS OF THIS EXERCISE:
1.) Strengthens ab and oblique muscles.
2.) Helps with love handles (If you’re eating clean as well).
3.) Helps build your core.

If if you know me… Then you know Queen Bey gives me my entire life. This song is great during steady cardio, just be careful not to bust your butt on the treadmill while trying to twerk something.
