Hello! We are close to the halfway mark. I hope that you have been pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. That is where the magic happens! The exercise of the day is:

 

RUSSIAN TWISTS.

 

LEVEL: MODERATE.

 

HOW TO:

Try 2 sets of 20. To challenge yourself further, use a 5-10 lb dumbbell and tap on either side. You can also raise your feet off of the ground while doing this exercise for even more resistance.

 

BENEFITS OF THIS EXERCISE:

 

This is a great core exercise, and also helps tone your arms.

 

WORKOUT SONG OF THE DAY:

 

 

Pat da poom poom! Haha. You will feel sexy while winding away the calories, I love this song during steady cardio or an arm circuit.
