“YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!” 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge.

Hello!

Welcome to “You Are What You Eat!” a 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge. This challenge will help you reconsider your current relationship with food, as well as instilling better eating habits; leading to permanent long-term lifestyle changes.

 

Each week for the next month, you will have to eliminate 3 foods/beverages from the Naughty List. (Click for list) Once they are eliminated, they are off-limits for the entire month.

 

Example: The first week, you choose to eliminate hot dogs, brownies, and margaritas. You are not to have these 3 items for the entire 30 days.

This “process of elimination” will occur each week for the duration of the challenge. Once they are off.. They stay off!

I have provided you with a list of healthy alternatives to the most common cravings we have. Click here for the list. These are just suggestions; you are free to eat according to the things that you like.
There are also some requirements. Click here for the list that you should adhere to in order to maximize your results during this challenge.

 

I am also including a chart that will help you with accountability during your challenge. This will be posted on Friday, April 15th, 2016.
