Ok ladies now let’s go on vacation..

Annnnd get in formation!

Me and my girls are going on an amazing cruise next summer, and we plan on being snatched. Since most of us can honestly say that we aren’t exactly where we want to be physically, I came up with a fitness challenge that will get our bodies prepared for our obnoxious beach photo shoots, haha!

This is a 9 month challenge that I created, and wanted to share with whoever would like to join in! A few things to note:

 

I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL. I’m just a girl that lost weight and am sharing my journey and advice to help you with yours.

YOU ARE FREE TO DO WHAT YOU WANT. I am simply sharing what it is that I will be doing. If you want to join in, great!

ACTIVE REST DAYS MATTER. Even though there are months where you will be working out A LOT, there are some days where a simple walk around your neighborhood or parking far away from your destination will count as exercise. Try to limit active rest days to once or twice a week at the most.

THIS WILL ONLY WORK IF YOU DO! You can’t half-ass this and expect amazing results. You can’t eat McDonald’s after a great workout. Eat and exercise according to your goals!

TAKE PLENTY OF PICTURES! The scale can sometimes be your worst enemy. Focus on your non-scale victories! You will be surprised at how much your body can change while the scale remains the same. Pictures are the best tracker for your progress.

HAVE FUN!! Don’t treat this as a punishment. Treating your body well and having the luxury of working limbs is a blessing. Switch it up. Try new recipes. Be creative!

NOVEMBER 15 EATING OUT CANNOT EXCEED 3 TIMES IN THE MONTH TRY TO CHOOSE HEALTHY OPTIONS WHEN EATING OUT
DECEMBER 20 NO FRIED FOODS TRY A NEW FITNESS CLASS
JANUARY 20 NO CANDY/CHIPS TRY AN OLD SCHOOL WORKOUT VIDEO (EX: TAE-BO)
FEBRUARY 25 WATER ONLY FOCUS ON STRENGTH TRAINING
MARCH 25 LIMIT ALCOHOL INTAKE TO ONCE A WEEK OR NONE AT ALL HAVE A GIRL’S NIGHT POTLUCK WITH ONLY HEALTHY DISHES ALLOWED
APRIL 25 TRY A NEW FRUIT/VEGGIE ONCE A WEEK TRY A NEW EXERCISE (USE PRECAUTION)
MAY 25 REPLACE YOUR BREAKFAST WITH A SMOOTHIE FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT THIS MONTH. INCREASE YOUR WEIGHT USED FOR STRENGTH TRAINING
JUNE 30 CLEAN EATING ONLY GO HARD!! PUSH YOURSELF!!
