Meal Prep and Workouts for the Week

  

After a weekend that went by in the blink of an eye, it’s back to prepping. I had a fairly simple prep this week, mostly everything was able to be cooked/baked simultaneously.
  

For breakfast, I will be having fruit and veggie juices and smoothies. I prepped all of my produce ahead of time for the next 3 days, and they will be made the evening prior. 
   
 
 The sides that will accompany our meals will be roasted broccoli and asparagus, and I also made wild brown rice.

   
 
I made baked chicken breasts in a Korean BBQ sauce, very tender!

   
 

I also made poached cod and veggies, which turned out pretty tasty, the lobster shells added great flavor to the fish as well.
Snacks will be fruit and yogurt for the both of us. A gallon of water throughout the day.
  

WORKOUTS:


Same story, different week. Still not cleared to workout. While this very frustrating and definitely a setback in my progress, this too shall pass.
