Welcome to the “You Are What You Eat!” 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge. Listed below are all of the documents that you should print and/or adhere to electronically during the challenge, which starts today, April 15th, 2016 and ends on Friday, May 13th, 2016.

You are to have:

30 DAY CHALLENGE CHART.

This chart assigns a task each day that you must complete. These mini tasks are to help you make healthy adjustments to your diet each day.
  

THE “NAUGHTY LIST”:

You are to eliminate 3 items from this list out of your food intake. This will happen once a week (please see chart). Once they are off, they STAY OFF for the entire challenge.

This list is not mandatory, just simple suggestions to help with some common cravings. You are free to eat according to your taste and your goals.

Although this isn’t a super restrictive challenge, if you would like to achieve maximum results, it is important to follow certain guidelines. Please review.

I’m hoping that this challenge helps you have a healthier relationship with food. This is one of the main culprits of our issues with obesity and preventive disease. You are the only person that can help yourself.
