Hello! One week down, 3 weeks to go! I hope that you’re hanging in there. If you’re anything like me.. Than you are definitely feeling the burn at this point. If you are feeling sore… Then congrats! It’s working! Haha. But seriously, listen to your body. If the pain is unbearable, take a rest. Let’s get into today’s exercise of the day:

 

JUMPING LUNGES.

 

LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE.

HOW TO:

Go for one full minute.

 

BENEFITS OF THIS EXERCISE:

Increased strength in lower body, burns fat, tightens jiggly thighs, makes glutes more defined.

 

WORKOUT SONG OF THE DAY:

Excellent song for cardio, or just a fun night of dancing with your girls!
