MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS.

 

LEVEL: MODERATE.

 

HOW-TO:

 

 

Try to do for 30 seconds to 1 minute straight.

 

HEALTH BENEFITS OF THIS EXERCISE:

 

This move is a complete full body workout. It pretty much works every major muscle while simultaneously increasing your heart rate. This move will wear you out!
