Hello! Is anybody still with me? I hope that you are. Pushing yourself towards greatness isn’t easy at all, but TRUST ME! It’s completely worth it. The exercise of the day is:

 

BEAR CRAWLS.

 

LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE.

 

30 seconds each way.

 

 

BENEFITS OF THIS EXERCISE:

 

Will simultaneously build strength and muscular endurance in your chest, triceps and shoulders.

 

WORKOUT SONG OF THE DAY:

Yeah… So the title of this song is a bit ratchet. But there is such high energy in the song! Great for the elliptical.
