Hello! 15 days down, 15 days to go! Just keep going, we are almost there. Today’s exercise of the day is:

 

WIDE SUMO SQUATS.

 

LEVEL: MODERATE.

 

HOW TO: (Shoot for 30-50 reps)

 

BENEFITS OF THIS EXERCISE:

 

One of the best exercises to shape the glutes and inner thighs.

Tones and lifts the butt.

Helps to improve mobility.

Builds strength in lower back and legs.

 

WORKOUT SONG OF THE DAY:

This song is one of my faves on and off of the dance floor. It will definitely have you feeling yourself as you get tight and get it right!
